Alpine Pelvic Health & Wellness is a concierge physical therapy clinic, meaning a physical therapist comes straight to your door. This means you get to be seen in the comfort of your own home or in the gym space you’re already using.

Meet the Pelvic Floor Therapist
Dr. Elizabeth Willison is a physical therapist, a Board-Certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist, and a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner. She started her career working with women during pregnancy and even worked as a doula alongside her clients. She now has over a decade of experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction for all ages and genders. Elizabeth is passionate about trauma-informed care, treating chronic pelvic pain, helping women experience pleasure with intimacy, and guiding moms toward a better quality of life.
Dr. Elizabeth Willison has a Doctorate of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences and is an Assistant Professor at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. There, she teaches doctoral students and conducts research on women’s health conditions. When she’s not working or seeing patients, Elizabeth can be found going on adventures with her 3 children.
Our Most Popular Services
During this 20-minute video appointment, the physical therapist will meet with you and discuss your individual needs and goals. Before we get into vulnerable topics and areas of the body, we want you to feel absolutely comfortable with us.
This first appointment includes a comprehensive history, an external physical therapy examination, and typically an internal examination of the pelvic floor. It includes the initiation of a treatment program. The approximate length of time for this appointment is 90 minutes.
Let us help you alleviate the pains of pregnancy, heal diastasis recti, prevent prolapse, or get back to your workout routine safely with a 6-visit package. This package includes the comprehensive initial physical therapy evaluation and five additional visits. Individuals can split these visits between pregnancy and postpartum.
